This past Sunday I attended the New England Gluten Free Expo put on by The Healthy Villi at the Sheraton Hotel in Norwood.
We spent the morning strolling and browsing the aisles of dozens of gluten free vendors, sampling gluten free chips, crackers, breads, bagels, pizza, pasta, beer, cupcakes, baked goods, and so much more. I discovered dozens of tasty new foods, like Against the Grain’s gluten free, dairy free, yeast free bread, and Breads by Anna’s gluten, soy, rice, and nut free bread mixes.
We also had the opportunity to purchase some of the items from the vendors and from A New Leaf. In addition to sampling products, six workshops were held throughout the day, including; Eating Out Around the World Gluten Free, Gluten Free Challenges, and Newly Diagnosed Workshop.
